The recipient must return the loaner vehicle within 12 hours of repair completion. A voicemail, text message, email, or telephone conversation stating the recipient’s personal vehicle is ready for pickup is considered the beginning of the 12 hour period. THE RECIPIENT’S REPAIR INVOICE WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $100.00 /PER CALENDAR DAY THROUGH SOUTH STREET AUTO CARE IF THE LOANER VEHICLE IS NOT RETURNED WITHIN 12 HOURS.(Required)

There shall be absolutely no smoking of cigarettes/cigars/pipes/tobacco/vaping/ecigs in the loaner vehicle. There shall be absolutely no marijuana in the loaner vehicle. A $150.00 service charge will be charged directly to the recipient’s repair invoice through South Street Auto Care if there is evidence of smoking or marijuana.(Required)

You are required to replace all gasoline used; whether you drive 10 feet or 100 miles, you must add gasoline to the loaner vehicle. If the loaner vehicle is returned without gasoline being replaced, a $50.00 refueling charge will be added directly to your repair invoice with South Street Auto Care.(Required)

The recipient's insurance is primary and will be responsible for any and all damage and liability arising out of or in any way related to the use and operation of this loaner vehicle.(Required)

I understand that there will be no fee or charge to me for use of this loaner vehicle unless I damage it or violate one of the above listed conditions. I understand that I am being loaned a vehicle from Manning Park Loaners LLC and not South Street Auto Care. I agree that I will refrain from commencing any action, complaint, or suit against South Street Auto Care as a result of my use of the loaner vehicle. I understand that if I return the vehicle damaged in any manner, Manning Park Loaners LLC will take possession of my vehicle from South Street Auto Care and Manning Park Loaners LLC will not release my vehicle until Manning Park Loaners LLC is satisfied in its sole discretion that there have been adequate arrangements to pay for the damage. I expressly consent to Manning Park Loaners LLC taking possession of and keeping my vehicle. I understand that I am being loaned a vehicle from Manning Park Loaners LLC and not South Street Auto Care. I agree that I will refrain from commencing any action, complaint, or suit against South Street Auto Care as a result of my use of the loaner vehicle. In the event I do, I shall be liable to pay all attorney fees and costs incurred by South Street Auto Care. I hereby entirely assume sole and absolute responsibility and liability for any damage to the vehicle described above and owned by Manning Park Loaners LLC and for any and all damages, loss, expense, fee and/or claim resulting from or relating to the operation of said vehicle while it is in my possession or under my control. I have a motor vehicle liability insurance coverage which complies with the State of Michigan minimum liability requirements and is sufficient to provide primary first vehicular coverage against any and all losses, damages, expense, fee and/or claim. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold Manning Park Loaners LLC harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, suits, damages, expenses and/or fees, including attorney's fees, related to my possession of and use of said vehicle while it is in my possession or under my control.(Required)
